Terminated Anglesite Point Specimen from Touissit - Bou Beker Mining District

Anglesite is a naturally occurring lead sulfate mineral with the chemical formula PbSO₄ that forms when primary lead ores weather and oxidize near the Earth's surface. Named after the place where it was first discovered, the Isle of Anglesey in Wales, this mineral is heavy, bright, and closely tied to deposits of galena.

This piece is particularly stunning due to it's large, gemmy, clear and naturally terminated point.
