Galena pseudomorph after pyromorphite, 9.1 cm, from the Kautenbach mine, Mosel Valley, Germany. This pseudomorph has begun to revert back to pyromorphite and has small, yellow, epitactic pyromorphite crystals aligned on the larger galena hexagons. Ex collection of John Marshall (1931–2008).
