A unique specimen from a very small section of a pocket zone recovered in 2023-2024, featuring the world's richest examples of this rare zinc-copper species, veszelyite. It is unique because, unlike 99 percent of the find, only perhaps a dozen specimens were found which feature the blue veszelyite sitting atop powder green mineralization that turned out to be zincolibethenite. This is, itself, a rare copper zinc phosphate. The contrast of stunning glassy blue veszelyite against the evergreen carpet of zincolibethenite is something new to us; and happens to be beautiful. With multiple crystals to 1 cm (or larger) this is an extraordinarily rich specimen of a very rare species. A small prospect worked for minerals, there is no telling what more may come out over the years to come but, we tend to go based by what we see and - even among great rarity - this is a super-rarity. Tomek Prazkier of Spirifer Minerals brought these out, proudly, at Tucson of 2024.
