A sharp and beautiful tanzanite crystal with exceptionally strong blue color, and good purple color when turned 90 degrees to either side. This is a fine miniature. Please note, this color is indicative of heat treatment done at the source, usually to enhance the blue as they look for facet rough value. Many collectors consider this acceptable as the result is so beautiful, and as so many are in fact treated (whether disclosed or not), and although darker in color than untreated crystals (in general), tend to be available at a discounted value to the impact, as well. It is complete all around.
