This Topaz from Ouro Preto in the Iron Quadrangle, Minas Gerais, Brazil is not your typical 'Imperial' Topaz usually seen there, but an interesting rounded, somewhat domed colourless crystal. At 4.8 cm tall this miniature sized Topaz is a really great size for handling or display. Its form is not from weathering, or abrasion, but is entirely natural, but this shape of crystal is certainly not common.
