Mostly gemmy pale green glassy crystals of diopside measuring to 1.5 cm across on a crystallized calcite matrix with graphite. This is in good condition. The calcite crystals are brightly fluorescent.
Origin: Merelani Hills, Simanjiro, Manyara, Tanzania
