Wulfenite

An attractive and showy classic Red Cloud Wulfenite specimen. This piece consists of highly aesthetic, sharp, tabular, gemmy, rich orange crystals of Wulfenite crystals measuring up to 8 mm perched upon grey-brown Calcite matrix. This specimen is in great shape and the color is superb. A fine specimen from one of the single most important localities in the Western United States. Considering that this locality has been completely buried and never will be mined again, these specimens are commanding a premium nowadays. Ex. Brian Kosnar Collection.
