This really rich, vibrant grass-green Pyromorphite comes from Halsbrücke in the Freiberg District, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany and presents the classic appearance seen in this area. Both the Beihilfe mine and Lorenz Gegentrum mine are known to have produced this type of Pyromorphite, but we have no more specific details for this specimen other than the town of Halsbrücke. At small cabinet size and with rich coverage including thick crystallized aggregates of glossy green divergent prismatic crystals this presents an excellent display of Pyromorphite from the Freiberg area. Ex Hettrich Collection.
