Intergrown maroon-red crystals of Cuprite form a cluster mostly displaying octahedral habit measuring to a good 1.4cm, with flashes of bright neon red, associated with light green Cuprian Smithsonite, from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Two labels state that the specimen came from the 29 Level (1960).
