An excellent miniature of beautifully crystallised Cuprite lining a ribbon-like vug through the centre of a granular, brownish-maroon Cuprite matrix. From the classic Tsumeb mine in Namibia, the Cuprite crystals range between 2 and 5 mm across with bright metallic lustre polygonal faces. All the crystals are intergrown forming a continuous carpet through the contrasting dull granular matrix. A terrific miniature of well crystallised Cuprite from the classic Tsumeb mine.
