Acquired from Rob Lavinsky in January 2008, ex collections of the Bally-Prior Museum, Eric Asselborn and Wayne Thompson. Illustrated in the Mineralogical Record’s “Ikons” supplement (2007), as well as Mineralogical Record September–October 2006, November–December of 2006, January–February 2008.
