This outstanding specimen of a blue tourmaline from the famous Dara-e-Pech Pegmatite Field in Kunar, Afghanistan, is a true masterpiece of nature. With a vivid size of 5.5 x 1 cm and impressive clarity, this tourmaline captivates with its bright blue colour, which shimmers in different intensities depending on the angle and light. As one of my personal favourites from this region, this tourmaline embodies the beauty and richness of Afghanistan's mineral deposits and is an absolute highlight for any mineral collector.
