A terrific double-terminated prismatic crystal of delicately tinted pale sherry Smoky Quartz from the Grimsel area of the Hasli Valley, close to Bern in Switzerland. Apart from a few internal flaws, the crystal is predominantly gemmy and of an aesthetic smoky colour. A lovely example from Grimsel.
