A classic specimen of lustrous Rhodonite in Galena from the North Mine, Broken Hill, Australia. Rich pink-red crystals of Rhodonite from translucent to opaque measuring to 1.2cm are seen protruding from a matrix of metallic silvery-grey Galena. A fine specimen probably collected in the 1960s.
