A dense carpet of velvety, light turquoise-green acicular Brochantite covers a matrix of gossany milky-white Quartz with a little light tan iron staining. Where the odd cluster of Quartz crystals protrude, these are capped with white Brochantite crystals. A rich specimen from Blanchard mine, Bingham in New Mexico, USA.
