This phenomenal example from the famous Sweet Home Mine has lustrous rhombohedrons of saturated pink rhodochrosite on a glittering sulphide matrix of tetrahedrite, chalcopyrite, and galena with minor quartz. The rhodochrosites are up to 2.3 cm and have zoned, gemmy interiors, with vibrant color that catches the eye. This top quality combo is in fantastic condition, with sharp edges and terminations. A wonderful small cabinet specimen from an iconic American locale that is no longer producing. Comes with custom cut acrylic base.
