This specimen is the famous Edge‑lined Rose Calcite originating from Daye, Hubei, China. Triangular petal‑shaped calcite crystals grow densely together, naturally forming a plump three‑dimensional stone rose. Fine dark outlines decorate the edge of each crystal, creating wonderful layered visuals. The crystal faces are glossy and well‑preserved with nearly no damage.
It shows faint fluorescence under UV light, a typical characteristic of calcite from the Daye mining area. As a classic Chinese mineral specimen, it is highly valued by mineral collectors worldwide. Perfect for collection, home display, geology education and high‑end rough stone decoration. The raw stone is natural, unwashed and unpolished, keeping its original crystal form. An acrylic display base is included for instant exhibition.
