Dimensions: 9 x 7.2 x 4.7cm Location: Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Smith Co., Tennessee, USA A great classic of mineralogy: Elmwood mine! This deposit was the most prolific in the 90s, provided excellent samples with very aesthetic paragenesis. Here we have a very beautiful Fluorite / Sphalerite association. The quality of the 2 minerals is remarkable and gives a very bright and harmonious whole. Already rare at the time, the very beautiful pieces have become very sought after now. An old piece to keep preciously in collection. Dimensions without the acrylic base, which is supplied with the mineralogical specimen. The mineral is not glued to the base (soft putty).
