This is a display-worthy miniature of lustrous green Apatite on white to translucent Cleavelandite blades from the famous Minas Gerais, Brazil (specifically, the Sapo Mine). The apatite is somewhat lustrous and sparkly along the periphery of the specimen. The Cleavelandite has distinct crystal structure and many beautifully transparent terminations.

Apatite is a phosphate mineral in the apatite group of the larger apatite supergroup. Cleavelandite is the name for this specific, bladed habit of Albite, and Albite is the sodium-dominant variety of Feldspar.
