Adamite crystals to 2 cm with white smithsonite, 5 cm, from the second oxidation zone in the Tsumeb mine, Oshikoto region, Namibia. Quantitative electron microprobe analyses indicate that the adamite is of near-end-member composition, notwithstanding its green color.
