This large miniature specimen is an exceptionally rare display of aesthetic Hessite crystals. Ordinarily super rare, but really not overly attractive. This piece runs counter to that, presenting this exceptionally rare silver telluride as a slightly branching array of black elongated crystals sat nicely upon a cream to white crystallized Quartz matrix. Additional, later, finely crystallized white Quartz overgrowth partially covers the Hessite crystals. Hessite really is such a rare species to own, that when you do you really feel that you have a collection to be proud of. Ex Kessler Collection.
