This wonderful double terminated Elbaite Tourmaline from North Kivu features an almost complete spectrum of color gracefully melding into each other. Beginning with a rich cranberry red at the bottom, shifting into orange then amber, and it completes with a light to deep green at the top. The upper termination is a complex pyramid. Overall, the crystal is far more gemmy than shown in the picture.
