Bastnäsite- (Ce) with Rutile inclusions

The crystal is 1.6 cm across. Ex. Herb Obodda, then Jack Halpern.
This piece is shown as a full page photo on figure 72 on page #85 of Addicted to Beauty: The Legacy of Jack Halpern (Mineralogical Record, March 2025).
I believe that the inclusions of very fine needles (visible in the second image) are rutile.
