a classic example of the Madagascar Fluor-Loddicoatite.. The Fluor-Liddicoatite is a member of the Tourmaline group, Elbaite subgroup and is the theoretical end member of the Elbaite- Fluorite-Liddicaoatite series. This specimen is a near perfect example featuring rich red translucent color with both darker and orange undertones Striated and double terminated, it weighs in at 115grams.
