Rhodonite with Pyrite
Chiurucu Mine Dos de Mayo Province Huanuco Department
7 x 4 c 3cm
Sharp, superb rhodonite blades of raspberry pink accented with a tiny glimmer of pyrite. This is from the a small pocket find in 1991, which to this day remains the gold standard for quality from the locality (despite subsequent finds). A classic for this material!
