A stunning vivid orange imperial topaz from Brazil is on the list of almost any seasoned mineral collector that appreciates gem crystals. The combination of translucency, intense coloration, lack of damage, and size truly makes this a superb example of Imperial Topaz. The specimen goes quite a reddish hue when light is applied in a display. Well terminated, lustrous, and with sharp edges. Two small adjacent terminations indicate two intergrown crystals that give the impression of being twinned.
