Fluorite and Wolframite
6
Discovered in late 2022, this specific pocket of fluorite from Yaogangxian has an unusually intense color. Depending on the light source it can dramatically shift from a deep teal blue to an apple green. This suggests the presence of Europium, a rare earth element metal that causes fluorite to shift colors in daylight, like pieces from the Rogerley and Diana Marie Mine in England. The luster on this piece is wet with a sharp aesthetic, and even an accessory Wolframite crystal grows on top of the fluorite.
