TUGTUPITE with Chkalovite

This is quite a substantial specimen of two extremely rare beryllium silicates - Tugtupite and Chkalovite - from a classic Greenland occurrence at Kvanefjeld Mt, Kuannersuit Plateau, Ilímaussaq complex. In daylight the Tugtupite is prominent as bright pink patches within white Chkalovite. Under short wave UV light the Tugtupite erupts into an even brighter colour - a vivid neon pink. Ex Martin and Michael Günther (1951-2007 & 1956-2021) collection.
