Razor sharp edges with highly reflective crystal faces make this single Hematite crystal a statuesque and elegant Madagascar sourced standout. The subtle sub-parallel growth forming 1.1 cm partial roses and the defined triangular striations add a refined detailed element to the aesthetics. There is an attachment point contact along the basal edge with the left edge of the Hematite having a spectacular purple, blue, green to gold iridescence. There are also a couple of associated golden Rutile crystals by the 3mm iridescent crystal seen in the lower left. Simply a beautiful and enticing Hematite specimen with an added bonus of coming from an uncommon location. From 2023 finds.
