Dear god it's an abomination. A freak of nature. A rock that shows that God has abandoned us."
- Dr. Christopher (Crustopher) Emproto (@xlminerals on instagram), probably.
Tanzania has some very....unique geology.
I don't really have much else to say about this rock. I barely understand what's going on here. According to the labels, we have Chrome (probably Vanadium in reality) Dravite, Topaz, and Sulphur.....oh and there's minor Pyrite? and the marble matrix is very UV reactive.
The sulphur is likely from sulfate reducing bacteria.
