A beautiful miniature of bright shamrock-green Conichalcite forming sub-mm spheres over a matrix of micro-crystallised Calcite. From the Tsumeb mine in Namibia, the Conichalcite preferentially coats the Calcite due to the direction of fluid-flow while in situ. The colourless Calcite appears milky at the macro scale and is of a most attractive sucrosic texture. A lovely and eye-catching miniature.
