A relatively large crystal of metallic grey Andorite displaying abundant parallel growth, with further Andorite crystal developed at an angle from the main crystal. This large miniature is from the San José mine near to Oruro City in Cercado Province, Oruro Department, Bolivia. Andorite is a lead-silver sulphosalt and in this specimen displays characteristic, parallel striations in line with the c-axis. Several silver to lead grey metallic crystals have developed in parallel, with their terminations forming a sawtooth zig-zag along the apex of the specimen.
