A classic, very deep purple, Cave-in-Rock aggregate of one main (4.6 cm on edge) and several smaller (up to 1.7 cm on edge) cubic crystals of Fluorite the back of which are totally encrusted in small sharp scalenohedral Calcite crystals. A few very small golden Chalcopyrite crystals are sparsely scattered upon the surface of the Fluorite too. There are some light nibbles along the longer side edge of the main Fluorite crystal and one down another edge, but the dark purple colour masks these somewhat. The main corners are intact, with just one small cleaved corner of a smaller crystal at one end. Overall, this is a really nicely presented smaller cabinet display piece from Cave-in-Rock and with directional lighting the purple colour really lives up in its intensity.
