This off-matrix, individual doubly-terminated dark gun-metal grey Bournonite crystal reaches a healthy 3.6 cm in length. It has light chipping around the edges and a small broken area on one side where it was presumably attached to matrix, but is overall a very fine individual Bournonite crystal, with a smaller crystal developed parallel to it on one side. It comes from China, from the famous early 20th century finds at Yaogangxian mine in Hunan Province.
