This Swiss combo specimen has sharp contrast between the bright white, crystalline orthoclase matrix and metallic hematite. Extremely sharp rosettes of hematite up to almost 1.5 cm have grown on the top, whereas the bottom allows one to see the translucent feldspar. The specimen is fully crystallized and lustrous all around. In excellent condition, there is no visible damage. A unique and interesting alpine piece. Ex: Gene Schlepp
