Barite on Fluorite

The baryte crystals are up to 2.8 cm across. The matrix of crystallised fluorite fluoresces under UV – pale grey on the botryoids and vivid purple under the surface, visible on the edges where the specimen has been parted from the mother rock. A new find in early 2025.
