The piece was probably found in about 2005. It was acquired by a Russian collector, Reinhard Hellein, direct from a Pakistan dealer. Hellein sold it to Anton Watzl in about 2017. Ian Bruce (from whom I acquired it) told me he had bought it from Joe Mandelina.
