An excellent single crystal of Cobaltite from the classic Swedish location of Hakansboda. A single 6 mm crystal of bright, metallic silver-grey sits well presented on the metallic grey matrix. It displays dominant, faintly striated cubic faces, truncated by the development of dodecahedron faces, partly embedded in a granular textured sulphide matrix. A showy specimen and great example from this classic Cobaltite locality.
