Fluorite from Inner Mongolia, China

This specimen displays translucent, pale blue to violet Fluorite crystals with attractive internal zoning and a pleasing glassy luster. The larger cubic crystals are partially embedded in a dense bed of fine, elongated Quartz crystals, creating a rich and highly textured surface. Small pale yellow to golden-brown Siderite crystals are scattered across the matrix, providing subtle color contrast.

The combination of transparent Fluorite, sparkling Quartz and contrasting Siderite gives the specimen a very natural and well-balanced appearance, with plenty of detail across the entire surface. A characteristic and attractive association from Inner Mongolia, China.
