NOT JUST HELIODORS IN UKRAINE SUPER RARE UKRAINIAN FLUORITE

Ukraine may be famous among collectors for its incredible Heliodors, but every once in a while something completely different shows up—and this super rare blue-purple Fluorite is an absolute beauty.

From Khoroshiv Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine, this cluster is loaded with sharp, intergrown cubes displaying an amazing range of icy blue, lavender, violet and deep purple.

The color, glassy luster and crystal architecture are killer, but for me the rarity of the locality makes it even more exciting. You just don’t see Ukrainian Fluorite like this every day.
