Wulfenite

Classic example from Los Lamentos displaying numerous, glassy wulfenite crystals aesthetic upon a botryoidal calcite matrix. While these crystals are a little on the small side they are numerous, sharp, bright, and glassy. No damage to note to the crystals, though some natural separation around the perimeter of the specimen that is unavoidable during extraction is present. I consider this style of matrix to be the most desirable from Los Lamentos, and they often, unfortunately, command very high prices. The smaller crystals on this piece keep the price much more accessible than much of what is available in this style, and I think this piece has much of the "flavor" of the best pieces from this occurrence.
