Very interesting purple zoned fluorite crystals up to 2.7 cm (!) in size as an impressive and pristine crystal cluster. The purplish-spotted crystals are heavily geothermal etched, so the yellow fluorite as the basic substance of the crystal cores is visible. The whole piece shows very impressively the growth layers of the fluorite. It is a real skeletal crystal cluster.

The piece comes from a small find find in 2015 in the Nowaja Shaft, Schottenberg, Frohnau, Annaberg-Buchholz, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany. It is very special material with a slightly frosted look.

Very nice piece. This specimens are quite sought after by the local fluorite collectors in Germany because the look is unique and there were not much specimens found
