Amethyst on quartz, 13.7 cm, from the Jacksons Crossroads amethyst mine, Jacksons Crossroads, Wilkes County, Georgia. This is one of the five best specimens found in 2005 by Rodney Moore; the others are in private collections. The crystal has been stabilized. Ex Sandor Fuss collection.
