A striking specimen of acanthite displaying the classic skeletal, stepped crystal growth for which Imiter is renowned. The aggregate forms a tapering, pinecone-like column built from stacked pseudo-cubic to elongated skeletal crystals, their edges sharply defined and terraced. Surfaces show a bright metallic steel-gray luster typical of acanthite in this habit, with individual crystal terminations projecting outward to give the piece a distinctly architectural, almost christmas tree silhouette..
