Description
Cubic crystals of dark inky blue Boleite measuring to over 6 mm are embedded in a light brown Limonitic matrix with green Atacamite from the Amelia mine in Mexico. Boleite is a complex potassium-lead-silver-copper oxychloride and in this rich large miniature/small cabinet specimen forms equant cubic crystals, each face of which has a depressed central hopper filled with leafy emerald green Atacamite, the juxtaposition of the two species makes a most interesting specimen.
