Fluorite

A large purple plate of Fluorite which was etched out of the Calcite matrix it rests upon. The Fluorite was evidently also impacted by the process that etched it, leaving almost foamy looking crystallization behind. The orange tones of the iron stained matrix contrast the light purple colors brilliantly.
