The extremely rare lead vanadate oxy-chloride, Kombatite, is only known from two localities worldwide, one of which is the Kombat mine in Namibia after which it was named in 1986. This miniature specimen, features a surprising number (30 or more) of very small bright yellow spots of crystallized Kombatite, within fine-grained grey-black Hausmannite and with a little white Harkerite also in evidence. Kombatite is never really seen in freestanding crystals, usually just angular grains and inclusions and so this specimen appears to be quite rich, especially so with the number of individual grains on display.
