This specimen exhibits a rare combination of Japan-law twinning and scepter formation. Two sharply defined Amethyst scepters terminate twinned Quartz stems that diverge at an acute angle, forming the characteristic V-shape of Japan-law twins. The vivid purple caps rest atop slender, transparent Quartz prisms, enhancing the visual contrast between color and form.
