Fluorite from Canada, Ontario, Highway 17 roadcut

A rare and vibrant fluorite on quartz specimen from the historic Highway 17 Roadcut, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada — a one‑time 1800s discovery that produced only a limited number of collectible fluorite pieces. This miniature features fluorite crystals on both sides of the matrix, giving it a fully three‑dimensional presence. The cubes show rich purple coloration with natural translucency and crisp edges, while the underlying quartz adds sparkle and contrast that brightens the overall aesthetic.
