A superb cabinet sized specimen of fluorite from the famous 2016 discovery in Samning Prefecture, renowned among collectors for producing some of the finest “tanzanite-colored” fluorites ever found in China. This piece showcases a dense aggregation of well-formed, sharply defined crystals exhibiting an exceptional deep violet to electric blue coloration, strongly reminiscent of fine tanzanite. The crystals display predominantly cubic to slightly modified habits, with excellent transparency and a bright vitreous luster across the faces.
